He concentrates his practice primarily on
individually designed plans, including
employee stock ownership plans, health and
welfare benefit plans, and merger and
acquisition transactions. He assists
business clients with retirement and welfare
benefit plans administrative issues, plans
design and compliance, IRS submissions, IRS
and DOL investigations, review of service
provider agreements, and COBRA and HIPAA
compliance.
Jeremy also lectures and writes on issues
affecting qualified plans, health and
welfare benefit plans and COBRA compliance.
